As evidenced by the photograph in this Historic Coventry Forum post, the Railway Hotel was also known as the Railway Inn.Refreshment Rooms and the goods yard from around 1860, and the Bull Fields which pre-date the railway. The coming of the railways in the nineteenth century made a huge impact on life in Britain and this was reflected in pub names. | |||
